  • All changes must be requested by email to [email protected]. Please include your full name, order number and desired changes and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Orders that have already been processed are unfortunately not eligible for any changes.

  • Brands and products may vary between locations and are not necessarily available at all stores. 

  • Yes. All orders can be tracked using Canada Post's website. Once your order has been processed, you will receive your tracking information by email.

    Please note that for some country tracking number cannot be provide for shipment. (see Canada Post for more details).

  • In Canada, orders are typically received within 2 to 4 business days after proccessing time
    (Local: 2 days - Quebec: 3 days - Rest of Canada: 4 days). 

    International orders are typically received within 4 to 7 days business days after processing time.

  • Once payment is received, orders are processed whitin 48 business hours. Please note that a delay can be observed due to high orders volume periods (holidays...).
